The Return of the Ram 1500 TRX in 2026

According to insiders, Ram plans to bring back the powerful Ram 1500 TRX SUV in early 2026. Production of the model will begin in late January. Although there have been no official statements yet, everything points to a return, which will be the first new product after the relaunch of the SRT division responsible for high-performance cars.
After discontinuing production in 2024, Ram is again working on bringing back the powerful HEMI engine. In 2026, new Ram 1500s with this engine will hit the market, but the TRX is a special model. In 2021, it impressed everyone with its 702 hp. thanks to the 6.2-liter HEMI HELLCAT, and now Ram is looking to outshine competitors like the 720-hp Ford F-150 Raptor R.
The new TRX is expected to retain the styling and technology of the latest Ram 1500 RHO models, but will also be able to compete with more powerful versions of the Raptor R. Overall, 2026 is set to be a big year for Ram, with the return of the HEMI, an updated SRT, and a new TRX.
